Our Delivery Plan serves several purposes. It gives information about:

- What New Heart for Heywood is trying to achieve

- What has been achieved so far

- What our plans are

- How we are going to make the plans a reality.

The Delivery Plan is also used by the Partnership. They use it to:

- Develop projects and activities

- Manage spending

- Monitor progress towards achieving outcomes

The Government will also use the Delivery Plan as the basis for agreeing and monitoring our annual funding agreement. Rather than wait another three years before reviewing and revising this document, it is our intention to produce an Annual Delivery Plan which will look three years ahead every time.
